  • Massive 135M Arch Spans (1,500 MT) : Fabricated, assembled, and erected two long-span 135-meter structural steel arch superstructures totaling 1,500 metric tons of high-grade steel.
  • Bowstring Arch & Hanger System : Incorporated parabolic steel arch ribs with high-tensile vertical stay/hanger systems, transferring deck loads efficiently to the arch rib and foundation piers without central canal obstructions.
  • Heavy Strand Jack / Roller Launching : Executed complex side-by-side positioning and controlled hydraulic launching across the canal bed using heavy-duty pulling jacks and specialized track staging.
  • High-Precision Curvature & Fitment : Managed geometric curve alignment of the arch ribs and deck cross-girders using torque-controlled HSFG bolting and precision welding techniques.
  • All-Weather Highway Corridor Enhancement : Upgraded the primary transport link between Banga, Nawanshahr, and Ropar to facilitate smooth multi-axle freight and passenger movement.
